Awapuhi?!? Come on, how gullible are we? Sounds like some shampoo marketing genius was charged with naming the ingredient du jour, was stuck for a new word, and said to his 10-month old kid, "What should I call this stuff, Johnny?" And Johnny answered "AWAPUHI, dada" -- he was probably trying to tell his dad that his diapers really needed changing, and now dad is trying to tell us that "awapuhi" is going to make our hair cleaner. They probably charge a premium price for it, too
